Capital Banking Solutions is the division dedicated to banking services and solutions of the group Capital Outsourcing, present in Paris, Monaco, New York, Beirut and Dubaï, counting more than 180 contributors and achieving a turnover of around 30m euro.

Capital Banking Solutions builds up on its Front-Office solutions the experience it gained during the last 25 years in the Banking and Private Management fields within Microtek Group, one of Capital Banking Solutions’ shareholders.

Capital Banking Solutions has benefited from the Monegasque environment and its proximity to a considerable number of Private Banks and Management Companies based locally in order to develop a unique expertise with these companies.

Historically, Capital Banking Solutions has developed then commercialized 10 years ago the Back-Office Banking solution, first for its main shareholder, the international Bank Audi Saradar (more than 12 billion $ of assets, a workforce of more than 2000 people) and 5 years ago for more than 40 banks in Europe and the Middle-East region.

The objective of the Capital Outsourcing group is to become a key actor for Banking and Insurance in the field of IT solutions and their related services in the Business Process Outsourcing and the IT services Outsourcing.

In 2010, Capital Banking Solutions merged with IntellEval

Capital Banking Solutions also merged in 2010 with AdTek, leading provider of integrated software products and customized software services to the banking and finance industries whom main corporate mission is to offer leading edge solutions to the International and US banking communities and to government agencies.
