Capital Banking Solutions, a leading provider and integrator of banking software, announces its support for Bank of Africa (BOA) as part of its expansion strategy in Central Africa, following the opening of a new subsidiary in Gabon.
This project follows the successful migration led for BOA Congo, involving the go-live of CapitalBanker™, CapitalCompliance™, and CapitalPayments™, marking a key milestone in the implementation of a modern banking information system.
Building on their long-standing partnership, the BOA Group has renewed its confidence in Capital Banking Solutions to deploy innovative banking solutions in Gabon, in line with group-wide standards and systems harmonization.
In this context, the new subsidiary will be equipped with the following solutions:
- CapitalBanker™: Centralized and integrated management of banking operations.
- CapitalCompliance™: Regulatory compliance and systems for Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).
- CapitalPayments™: Secure and high-performance payment flow processing.
This setup will provide BOA Gabon with a robust technological infrastructure from its opening, compliant with local regulatory requirements and aligned with Group standards.
Michel Tueni, COO of Capital Banking Solutions, stated: “The success of the project conducted with BOA Congo demonstrated the relevance of our platform in complex transformation and migration contexts. We are delighted to support the BOA Group in this new phase of development with the launch of its subsidiary in Gabon.”
Mamadou Igor Diarra, Managing Director and Central Africa Regional Director at BOA Gabon, added: “This deployment allows us to start our operations with a reliable and modern infrastructure, compliant with Group standards and adapted to the specific needs of the Gabonese market.”
This new collaboration confirms the historic partnership between Capital Banking Solutions and the Bank of Africa Group, as well as the progressive migration of their Orion systems toward CapitalBanker™.
