Additionally, they have received authorization from the AMF-UMOA to operate as an online stock exchange.
Capital Banking Solutions is honored to have earned the continued confidence of NSIA Finance and was entrusted with the development of their online stock exchange within its CapitalDigital™ product. It has recently obtained a license from AMF-UMOA to manage the online stock exchange activity on the BRVM for its longstanding client, NSIA Finance.
With the implementation of the CapitalDigital™ application, customers of NSIA Finance can now access real-time market information and place their stock orders independently.
Furthermore, NSIA Finance has obtained its “Online Stock Exchange License” through the CapitalDigital™ application. The Financial Markets Authority of the WAEMU (AMF-UMOA) reviewed and approved NSIA Finance’s application to operate online stock exchange activity during its 77th executive committee meeting in Lomé. The “Online Stock Exchange” module of CapitalDigital™ now complies with the requirements of the WAEMU zone.
